If you need to report an IT or Computer hardware or software problem (also including network problems), use this link to setup a time for us to meet. This brief consult can be done via email, telephone, or Zoom videoconference, but we will keep it "distanced" while I hear you describe the problem and then we set up a plan of action. Those next steps may need to include on-site visits.
