You have technical questions that you want an expert opinion on, or you are facing a computer challenge that you require assistance on either over the phone, or via my remote service. You might also want to schedule an appointment with me to have a look at an issue, or have a question around a subscription with me that may be covered under that service agreement. After the appointment is created, I will contact you to confirm. Once the appointment is confirmed, I will send you an email with instructions on how to establish the remote connection before the appointment. See my remote service rates for more information.
keyboard_arrow_rightYou want to pickup, or drop-off a device that involves a repair, or resolution of a non-working issue. For servicing drop-off's please note that I have a 3 hour minimum for cancellations and a 15 minute maximum for late arrivals. Please be on time, and if you have to reschedule, give me plenty of notice. If my schedule is booked, I reserve the right to charge you a half-fee for the above conditions. keyboard_arrow_rightYou have a question/concern that you need advise on, in my office. My fee will be charged and collected after the appointment, via check, cash, or Paypal/Venmo. Please note that I have a 3 hour minimum for cancellations and a 15 minute maximum for late arrivals. Please be on time, and if you have to reschedule give me plenty of notice. Being later over maximum, or failing to show requires a full payment which I will bill you for. If you reschedule under the above conditions, I will apply half the fee charged to your next appointment, remind me of that on your next appointment. For all appointments that happen on the schedule day/time, the fee is applied directly to the services you require. Contact me if you have questions.

My fee will be charged and collected after the appointment, via check, cash, or Paypal/Venmo. Please note that I have a 3 hour minimum for cancellations and a 10 minute maximum for late arrivals. Please be at your location on time, and if you have to reschedule, give me plenty of notice. Being later over maximum, or failing to show requires a full payment which I will bill you for. If you reschedule under the above conditions, I might attempt to contact you before the appointment to verify you are at the location and confirm details about the visit, but I consider it your responsibility to be at your location and respond-able when I arrive. If you are not at your location, or not able to answer the door when I arrive, I will make 1 attempt to contact you by calling the number specified in your booking and make 3 attempts at the front facing door to your location. If I don't receive an answer within a ten minute window after arrival, I will consider the appointment a no-show. There are no refunds for rescheduling after the 3 hour minimum for cancellations, and the 10 minute maximum for late arrivals/no-shows. Contact me if you have questions.
